Sharing Japanese Culture with the World
The Japan Cultural Communication Organization (JCCO) was established with the mission of promoting Japanese culture both domestically and internationally. In recent years, the number of overseas visitors to Japan has steadily increased, and the country’s appeal as a travel destination continues to rise. However, much of the information available about Japanese culture remains superficial.
At JCCO, we seek to deepen global understanding of Japan by sharing its culture with greater nuance and context—including the stories and traditions that lie behind it. We also strive to serve as a bridge for Japanese companies involved in international communication and outreach.
